S.E.A. Dragons Crowned BFBS Pro League Champions

S.E.A. Dragons have been crowned BFBS Pro League champions after defeating British Army Esports 4–2 in the Rocket League Grand Final at the Royal Air Force Museum in London.

The victory marks one of the biggest achievements in the club's history, with the Brecon-based organisation securing a national title at an in-person event against opposition from the UK Armed Forces esports community.

From Qualification to Champions

S.E.A. Dragons entered the BFBS Pro League earlier this year, competing in a tournament organised by British Forces Broadcasting Service (BFBS) Esports.

The competition brought together teams associated with the Armed Forces and wider defence community, with S.E.A. Dragons representing Brecon and Powys as an independent esports organisation.

The initial objective was to qualify for the LAN finals in London. After progressing through the competition, the team earned its place at the Royal Air Force Museum, where it would eventually face British Army Esports in the Grand Final.

In the best-of-seven Rocket League series, S.E.A. Dragons secured a 4–2 victory to claim the championship.

Representing S.E.A. Dragons

The club's BFBS Pro League squad consisted of:

Players: Lyon, Ritzy, MrSpud777 and Kiza990.

Coach and Manager: Connor 'Faizye' Chittock.

The result was the culmination of the team's efforts throughout the competition, from the online qualification stages through to the LAN finals.

We would like to thank every player and member of staff involved in making the championship victory possible.

Another Milestone for the Club

Founded in Brecon in 2024, S.E.A. Dragons has continued to establish itself across Welsh and UK competitive esports.

The BFBS Pro League championship follows the club's third consecutive Welsh Esports League Club Championship earlier this year, alongside success across Counter-Strike 2, VALORANT and other titles.

Winning a national championship at a physical event represents another important step for the organisation, demonstrating that a club based in Powys can compete successfully against established teams from across the UK.

Looking Ahead

While we're incredibly proud of the result, our ambitions extend beyond individual tournaments.

We want to continue creating opportunities for players, coaches and staff to gain experience in competitive esports, while helping demonstrate the potential of Welsh organisations on a national and international stage.

The BFBS Pro League victory is another achievement for everyone involved in S.E.A. Dragons and an important part of the club's ongoing development.

Thank you to BFBS Esports, the tournament organisers, our opponents and everyone who supported the team throughout the competition.
