Group Stage - Confident, Controlled, and Consistent
Group B featured a mix of experienced teams and unpredictable challenges, but the S.E.A. Dragons handled each match with composure and a clear identity.
Round 1 – vs Tribal Esports (3–0)
The opening series set the tone for the entire campaign. The S.E.A. Dragons were relentless from kickoff, dictating possession, controlling aerial space, and punishing mistakes with clinical finishing. Tribal struggled to break through the Dragons' rotations, and the 3-0 sweep reflected complete control across all three games.
Round 2 – vs *Team 8* (1–0, forfeit)
The second round produced a technical win, recorded as 1-0 under league rules after Team 8 were unable to field a roster and were subsequently withdrawn from the competition. While it wasn't a played series, it kept momentum steady and ensured the S.E.A. Dragons entered the final group fixture unbeaten.
Round 3 – vs Rejects (3–1)
The toughest test of the group stage came against the Rejects, a team with experience and a proven track record in WEL. The Dragons dropped their first and only game of the group stage, forcing them to adapt and raise the tempo. From there, the team tightened rotations, improved their challenge timing, and controlled the midfield battle. Three straight wins closed out the match 3–1, earning a perfect 3–0 group record and top seed in Group B.
Group Stage Summary:
• 3 wins from 3
• 7 games won, 1 game lost
• Best defensive record in the group
• One of only two unbeaten teams across the entire league
Meanwhile in Group A, The Artists, featuring S.E.A. Dragons players on loan, faced a difficult schedule against Pit Ponies, GOATS, and W1ZARDS. Despite results not going their way, the loaned players gained high-level experience and demonstrated clear individual development throughout the stage.

Semi-Final – vs GOATS (4–0, Best of 7)
The semi-final on 13 November brought the S.E.A. Dragons up against GOATS, a well-structured side with a history of strong mechanical play. With the series streamed live from Champions Field, the Dragons delivered their most complete performance of the season.

GOATS struggled to break through the Dragons' defensive shape, and the pressure only increased as the series went on.
The Dragons closed out the best-of-7 in a 4–0 sweep, booking their place in the Premiership Grand Final and reinforcing their position as one of the top Rocket League teams in the league.
Premiership Final – vs Pit Ponies (1–4, Best of 7)
The Grand Final, also streamed live, saw the S.E.A. Dragons face the unbeaten Pit Ponies, a roster that had dominated Group A without dropping a single game.

The Dragons opened the series strongly, matching the pace and taking a game to bring the series to 1–1. For a brief period, the finals looked like a genuine back-and-forth contest.
However, as the series went on, Pit Ponies' experience, speed, and cohesion began to show. They capitalised on transitional moments, punished the Dragons' rare mispositioning, and controlled the boost game throughout the middle stages.
Despite flashes of momentum and strong individual plays, the S.E.A. Dragons fell 1-4, finishing as WEL 9 runners-up.
It was a tough end to an otherwise excellent campaign, one that clearly showed how far the team has come and how close they are to challenging for the top spot.

The progress wasn't limited to the main roster. The Artists, featuring several S.E.A. Dragons players on loan, also delivered an impressive campaign of their own. After a difficult group stage in Group A, they rebounded brilliantly in playoffs, reached their championship final, and fought well before eventually losing 4–1. Their run highlighted how valuable the loan system has become for the club's wider development pathway.

Together, both teams showcased the depth of talent within the organisation. With high-level coaching, enhanced leadership, and a roster capable of competing with the best teams in Wales, the S.E.A. Dragons head into the next season with genuine title ambitions on all fronts.
