Welsh Esports League #11, Rocket League Group-Stage Results / Review
With the Welsh Esports League Season 11, Rocket League Group-Stage now over, we look back at the results, stats, upcoming fixture and potential routes to the final for S.E.A. Dragons.
With the roster previously announced, it would be the returning face of Sellars, alongside newcomers ryxxee and Genwy who would play and compete within the group stage for S.E.A. Dragons, led by coach & manager, Faizye.
PrilDeterjan would also return to cast the team stream for S.E.A. Dragons.
S.E.A. Dragons' first fixture in WEL11 would be against SL, who finished 9th in the WEL10 RL Standings, following their loss in the Championship-Bracket Finals (Lower Bracket Finals) - though they would play with a completely new roster this season.

S.E.A. Dragons started the season perfectly with a quick sweep against SL to begin their title defence.
With the first group-stage fixture complete against SL, our second fixture would see us come up against Artists, who forfeited in the WEL10 Championship-Bracket Semi-Finals and finished 11th.

The first goal would be conceded, but S.E.A. Dragons would still continue their unbeaten run! Artists, rather strangely, would call for the "next" game in the first two games after conceding early goals, whilst choosing to play-out game 3 despite also taking an early lead.
Our 3rd group-stage fixture and final matchup for game-week one would see us face Tribal Esports, who finished 13th in WEL10, though they would have an extremely improved roster this season.

S.E.A. Dragons topped the Group A table after following all results in game-week 1, without losing a single match and only conceding 5 goals, whilst scoring 10x more! (52 goals scored)
Going into Game-Week 2 and fixture 4, S.E.A. Dragons kept the same roster as last week, aiming to keep up the momentum and top Group A.
Their 4th fixture of the group-stage would be against Puffins, who forfeited in WEL10 RL, though they would play with a completely new roster this season, consisting of members from the "RAF Stormshadows" roster in BFBS Pro League.

Another straight forward win for S.E.A. Dragons!
The 3rd fixture of the day would see us come up against YnChwarae, consisting of Wales' FIFAe substitutes Jazz and Ell1s, as well as Bentzi and Czech Reupublic FIFAe substitute 9hunta, utilised as an emergency substitute for Jazz.
This fixture would also be selected for Esports Wales' Official Coverage on their Twitch channel.

S.E.A. Dragons would suffer their first match defeat within the Welsh Esports League, Rocket League Season, but still manage to overcome YnChwarae, securing 1st place in Group A with a match to spare!
The final match of the night and group stage was still to come however, and would be against GOATS.

S.E.A. Dragons will face W1ZARDS in the Quarter-Finals of WEL11 on Thursday 13th August at 19:00BST, with a potential Semi-Final clash against either Pit Ponies or GOATS.
